Our PARAFFIN LAMP OIL is made with an odorless base oil that produces minimal smoke and soot, as shown in the accompanying photos. We offer three scents for our torch fuel. Option 1 is our odorless Pure Formula, which allows you to add your own essential oils to the fuel. Begin with one ounce per gallon. Option 2 is the subtle fragrance of pure citronella oil, blended with our odorless lamp oil to create a fresh and clean scent for our tiki torch fuel. Option 3 is the minty fragrance of Eucalyptus oil, again blended with the odorless lamp oil. When burned, there will be minimal scent, but Mother Nature is at work nonetheless.

To achieve maximum fuel burn and reduce smoke, set the wick ever so slightly above the wick holder, leaving only a small nub exposed. This ensures complete fuel burn and less smoke. If the wick is set too high, smoke may be produced.

Here are some tips for optimal use of Firefly Paraffin Lamp Oil: 1. Empty the reservoir of any residual fuel before refilling. 2. Never mix fuels, as this can alter burning properties. 3. Use a clean wick; a contaminated wick will not perform effectively. 4. Set the wick height just above the wick holder for a beautiful burn. Remember, conserving fuel and reducing smoke are achieved by setting the wick slightly above the wick holder.
